The rental rates shown below are for up to 2 persons in the Garden Apartment, the Loft Apartment, The Top Apartment and The Cottage during the period 6th January 2021 to 3rd January 2022 inclusive.

NUMBER OF PERSONS ACCOMMODATED
The Loft Apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons aged 10 and over plus one child or infant aged 9 and under sleeping in either a cot or on a fold out mattress which can be placed in the lounge area. We are also able to provide a high chair. There will be an additional charge of £5 per night per child or infant aged 9 and under to cover the cost of provision and laundering of bed linen and towels.
The Garden Apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons aged 10 and over in total, 2 persons are accommodated in the bedroom and a further 2 persons are accommodated on sofa beds in the separate lounge. The pricing above is for up to 2 persons occupying the apartment. Should you wish to make a booking for more than 2 persons aged 10 and over an additional cost of £30 per person per night will be applicable and this cost will be added automatically when you make your booking online. If your booking is for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children/infants aged 9 or under, there will be an additional charge of £5 per night per child / infant aged 9 and under to cover the cost of provision of bed linen and towels.
The Top Apartment can accommodate up to 2 persons aged 10 and over in total. The king sized bed in the bedroom can be split into 2 single beds.
The Cottage can accommodate up to 4 persons aged 10 and over in total in the open plan sleeping area on the 1st floor, 2 persons are accommodated in the double bed and a further 2 persons are accommodated on sofa beds on the 1st floor sleeping area. The pricing above is for up to 2 persons occupying The Cottage, should you wish to make a booking for more than 2 persons aged 10 and over an additional cost of £30 per person per night will be applicable and this cost will be added automatically when you make your booking online. If your booking is for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children/infants aged 9 or under, there will be an additional charge of £5 per night per child / infant aged 9 and under to cover the cost of provision and laundering of bed linen and towels.
The minimum stay for the Garden Apartment, Loft Apartment, Top Apartment and The Cottage is usually 3 nights however we do offer a 2 night break but apply a £40 short stay supplement to all 2 night stays. The minimum stay on Sark Summer Festival weekend is 4 nights in the Loft Apartment, The Garden Apartment and the Top Apartment and 7 nights in The Cottage. The minimum stay over Sheep Racing weekend is 3 nights. Please feel free to contact us as we will always try to accommodate your requirements.

CHANGEOVER DAY, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
So that we can meet your needs we have no fixed changeover day. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is by 10am however we will always do our best to make these times flexible when possible and with prior arrangement.
The cost of The cost of transportation to and from the harbour for 1 item of luggage per person booked is included in the cost of your booking. Additional items are charged at £1.50 per item each way and these additional charges are required to be paid in cash upon arrival at your accommodation. Jimmy's Carting provides our carting services to and from the Sark harbour and luggage will be delivered to your accommodation, usually within 2 hour sof your arrival on Sark. On your day of departure, your luggage will need to be ready for collection 2 hours before your ferry sailing time.
If you are arriving on Sark before the 4pm check in time we are more than happy to accept your luggage even if your accommodation is not available for entry until 4pm. Likewise, if you are not leaving Sark until after 10am on the afternoon on your day of departure, we will look after your luggage and arrange for it to be delivered to the harbour so that you can enjoy your last day on Sark.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR BOOKING
You can book online by pressing the ‘Book now’ button for the accommodation that you wish to book. After pressing this button you will be taken to the calendar which shows what dates are available for the accommodation that you have chosen. You can then choose your dates and proceed with you booking.
Alternatively you can complete and submit the form on our ‘Contact’ page, or email us direct at [email protected] giving your requested dates and preferred accommodation. We will email you back to let you know if your requested dates and accommodation is available and the relevant cost.
A deposit of 50% of the full rental cost is required to secure your booking. Payment of the remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday starts. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the booking may be treated as cancelled and your deposit may be forfeited.
Please note that all bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
CARE OF THE PROPERTY
We do not take a damage deposit but we do ask that Guests leave the property clean and tidy. Any breakages or damage, accidental or otherwise, should be reported to us immediately and we reserve the right to make a reasonable charge for those breakages or damage.
Please be aware that if sun tan cream or self tanning cream / body lotion makes contact with bed linen, bathrobes or towels it can cause yellow staining which does not become visible until after washing. This yellow staining is often not removable and in this instance, we reserve the right to charge you the full cost of replacing the stained items.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made up to 8 weeks prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund less a £15 admin fee.
Cancellations made up to 6 weeks prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
The total payment is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY
We are of course hoping that Covid-19 will not bring another lockdown to the Bailiwick but if it does and your booking has to be cancelled, we will give you a full refund of the booking payment(s) that you have made to us by bank transfer. If you have made payment by debit/credit card or PayPal through our booking system, we will give you a full refund less any admin charges that we have incurred. Alternatively we always try to be very flexible and will work with you to move your booking to another date if possible.
Please note that no other countries, including England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales have reciprocal health agreements with Sark therefore any medical treatment that you might need whilst holidaying on Sark will be chargeable to you. Holiday insurance can provide you with protection from the financial risks associated with going on holiday, including medical costs and travel delays, we therefore we highly recommend that you arrange holiday insurance appropriate to your needs.
